National On-Site Computer Repair Franchise Expands to Colorado Springs

Friendly Computers, the Nation’s #1 on-site computer repair company, announced today that they're expanding with a new store in Colorado Springs at 3627 Galley Rd. “We’ve earned a reputation for our friendly service, quick response times, and skilled technicians,” says company CEO Bryan Ward. “This new location will facilitate even faster response times to local residents and business in the Colorado Springs area.”

Ward, along with other corporate staff from the company’s Las Vegas headquarters, will attend to help celebrate the grand opening of the Colorado Springs store. Also joining the celebration will be Vice Mayor Larry Small and City Council District Representative Bernnie Herpin. The Vice Mayor and District Representative will be on hand for the official ribbon-cutting, scheduled between 10:30 and 11:00 am. In addition to food, games, and prizes, a technical demonstration and a laptop give-away are also scheduled. The festivities will run from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 13th, 2009.

“People are more dependent upon their computer systems than ever,” says Don Clifford, owner of the Colorado Springs store. “We can usually fix the problem the same day they call.” Clifford started in 2005 out of his Colorado Springs home. His business now serves over 1,500 clients in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Nationally, Friendly Computers has over 90 locations operating in 31 US states. With the ever-increasing threats of viruses, spyware, identity theft and cyber-crime, the demand for the company’s services has escalated in recent years. The addition of the Colorado Springs location offers another solution for local computer-users when they run into these kinds of problems. Along with their ability to assist with internet-related computer issues, Friendly Computers also offers a wide range of IT services. From wired and wireless networks to custom system configuration, the expert staff at Friendly Computers can help with any computer need. “No problem is too big or too small,” Ward says.

As part of the Friendly Computers family, Clifford joins the ranks of a nationwide network of certified technicians working together to create a database of technical information. Acting as a resource center, the database gives the technicians access to the latest repair utilities, troubleshooting tips, and new innovations in the computer industry, ensuring a quick resolution for their customers.
