Coast Guard Auxilary offers Safe Boating Class in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs, CO – SAFE Boating Class on April the 7th, the Pikes Peak Flotilla of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary will be presenting an eight hour Safe Boating Class starting at 8:00 AM. To obtain more information and to register for the Class, call (719) 632-8129. Be side all of the information that you learn (safe boat operation, safety equipment, trailering, etc.).

Many marine insurance companies offer discounts for boat owners who complete an approved boating safety course, such as this.

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary is the uniformed volunteer component of the United States Coast Guard created by an Act of Congress in 1939. The Auxiliary, America’s Volunteer Guardians, supports the Coast Guard in nearly all of the service's missions.
