Excellence in customer service workshop, November 17th, Colorado Springs

From the BBB

What’s one of the best ways to ensure a successful business?

Customers!

Statistics show it costs more to attract a new customer than it does to keep the ones you already have. Treat your customer’s right and they will continue to patronize your business. Treat them wrong and they may never return.

The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado’s Foundation has a program to help. It’s called Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) and is designed to help companies analyze and improve their customer service processes.

Those who wish to participate must submit an application. In order to make it easier for you, we will be holding an application writing workshop to walk you through the process.

Below are the details for the EICS workshop:

Date: Wednesday, November 17th, 2010

Time: 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Location: Colorado Technical University

4435 N. Chestnut St., Colorado Springs
