M&A Firm Chartered to Seek Acquisition Candidates for Private Equity Group

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Core Capital has been engaged by True North Companies, LLC to assist in True North’s search for attractive acquisition candidates to add to its current company portfolio. Core Capital, a specialty investment banking practice focused on middle market companies, will support the search efforts of True North, a private equity firm with diverse holdings, including a variety of operating companies and commercial properties.

True North is actively seeking to acquire companies in various markets including business-to-business services, healthcare, light manufacturing and equipment rental.
